EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a 7-day exchange and refund policy and it is strictly for manufacturer defects.
Should any defects be found, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item via email (we regret that we are unable to assist if the defect is reported after 7 days).
Please explain the nature of the defect, and attach any photos or videos to help us understand how we can assist. We will contact you and may ask further questions to determine the issue(s) highlighted.
If the item is deemed defective and irreparable, a replacement will be sent to you (subjected to stock availability).
Should there be available stock, our courier will contact you for an exchange. Otherwise, we will proceed with a refund upon receiving the item.
