GENERAL CONDITIONS
We do have the right to refuse our service to any person, any time. You understand and agree that the information you share with us, except your credit card information, might be transferred unencrypted involving transmission over various networks. Credit card information is always kept encrypted.

In order to be able to make any purchases through our website, you must be over eighteen (18) years old and be legally eligible to enter binding contracts If your age is below eighteen (18), you might only conduct a purchase with an involvement of a parent or guardian. If this does not apply, you must immediately stop using this website. Furthermore, you will be required to provide us with your correct personal details, including your name, postal address, email address and/or other contact details as indicated. If you do not provide the information we need, we cannot process your order.

While we endeavour to provide an accurate description of products on our Platform, we do not warrant that such description is accurate, current or free from error. Occasionally there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. PLAYSPACE SG reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information if any information on our website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after the customer has submitted or received the order). In the event the error was discovered after the item has been delivered, PLAYSPACE SG reserves the right to collect the affected item back and arrange a full refund
PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices presented on this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Tax and any applicable fees or delivery fees will be included later in the order checkout. Prices or shipping are subject to change effective immediately upon posting of such price changes to the website or other forms of notification.
The presented prices are binding at all times, except in the case of an obvious error. We make every effort to keep the prices correct, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price after you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and you have the option to confirm the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you, the order may be canceled and already paid money will be refunded in full via the original payment method you used.
DELIVERY
We ship the presented products locally. Depending on the availability of the products you have ordered, we will deliver the product according to the stated date in the shipping confirmation or, if it is not specified, in the estimated time frame when selecting the delivery method. With unforeseen circumstances, delays in the delivery are possible. If we are not able to comply with the delivery date, we shall inform you and give you the option to continue the purchase with a new delivery date. Please keep in mind that our couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
If the courier is not able to deliver the product, you do not accept the delivery or you do not collect the product from the courier, you might be charged with a fee or the product will not be available for delivery anymore.
Our products are delivered in standard packaging and not made bespoke to fit any particular requirements that you may have.
TITLE AND RISK
At the time of delivery, any risk or damage is transferred to you, or if you have wrongfully fail to take delivery of the products. The property of the product shall not be transferred to you until we have received the full amount in cash or cleared the outstanding funds in full. Until such time, when the title passes to you, we can demand you to deliver the product to us. In any case of non- compliance, we reserve the right to take legal actions against you, and keep the right to claim all costs related to the recovery.

PLAYSPACE SG is not liable for any statements, representations, or content provided by its users in any public forum and social sites. Any content that is displayed, is for entertainment and informational purposes only. Content, that is posted via social sites or similar, is not controlled by us. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for any non-compliance or delay in compliance with the obligations we assume under a contract when caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including, amongst others:

6. acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government or public authority; or
7. failure or accident in maritime or river transport, postal transport or other types of transport.
If Force Majeure events last for more than one week, either you or we terminate the contract or might need an extension of the period to fulfill the obligations.

WAIVER
No waiver: Our failure to enforce these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of these terms, and such failure shall not affect the right later to enforce these Terms of Use. We would still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms of Use.
SEVERABILITY
These Terms should be served or modified to the extent necessary if any clause or provision becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect. If that is not possible, the relevant clause should be deemed deleted. The legality, validity, and enforceability of our other Terms shall not be affected or impaired by such modifications. They shall be continued in force as if the illegal, invalid or unenforceable clause was severed from these Terms.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and our Privacy Policy, read with the contract constitutes the entire agreement between us and you, and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and undertakings between you and us, whether written or oral, relating to this subject matter.
RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES
A person or entity who is not a party to these Terms shall have no right under the Singapore Contracts Act (Rights of Third Parties) or any similar legislation in any jurisdiction to enforce any of these Terms.
FRAUD PROTECTION PROGRAM
To protect our customers and employees, we screen all of our orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activities, as part of our processing procedures. If suspicion occurs, we remain the right to contact you via email or phone, refuse to process or may reject your order. We also remain the right to cancel any accounts and refuse to ship to certain addresses, which are suspected to be related to fraud, unauthorized or illegal activities.
If these Terms are violated, we reserve the right to conduct transaction verification processes, decline or cancel your order, reduce the quantity and/ or terminate your account without prior notice.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim (including non- contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or connected to them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore. You agree that the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or connected to them.
