What are your payment methods?
We accept VISA/Mastercards and Paynow.
Why is there a 5% discount code for next purchase for Paynow payment method and not for VISA/Mastercards?
Stripe (Visa/Master) charges a transaction fee, and instead of paying that fee, we would like to transfer our savings to benefit our customers!
Do you ship overseas?
We only ship locally and do not offer international shipping at the moment.
Can I exchange or refund an item?

I need to amend my order after I submitted, can I do so?
We aim to ship your order as soon as we receive the confirmation. Should there be any changes, please email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate. However, if the order has been shipped, any changes will be subjected to our Exchange & refunds policy.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
For in-stock items, your order will be processed in 1-2 business days. Parcels will be packed, dispatched and shipped within 3-7 business days. Please look out for a shipping confirmation email from us. Please click here for more shipping information.
